Things Not Seen
The characters is struggling with being invisible. He doesn't know how to cure it or what caused it. He can't let anyone find out that he is invisible or else it will cause to much attention. The parents got in a bad car crash and are now in the hospital. They have to stay in the hospital for a while, so they tried to get him a babysitter. He has to figure out a way to lie and says he has a babysitter already so no one finds out he's invisible. I don't think the character will find out how to go back to normal anytime soon, but maybe in the future. I think that people will find out though.

You have a good point that he shouldn't tell anyone but I think he could at least tell a few doctors so he can get help. Also it's such bad timing that the parents now get in a car crash. I agree I don't think he'll find a way to get back to normal soon.
